Everrett C. "Tiny" Smith, 72, of Beloit, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Edinburg, TX, surrounded by his loving family. Born on November 17, 1952, in Beloit, Wisconsin, Tiny was the son of Leland and Gwendolyne Smith. He worked hard, laughed often, and treasured time spent with good friends. A talented contractor and part-time cook, Tiny was happiest when he was sharing a meal he'd made with family and friends, no one ever left his table hungry or without a smile. Tiny loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing with his children and grandchildren. He also treasured quiet afternoons watching NASCAR with the people he loved most. He is survived by his children, Bryan of White Cloud, Michigan; Christina of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Adam of South Beloit, Illinois; two grandchildren, Sean and Kevyn; his sister, Millie of Edinburg, Texas; and brothers, Lee of Beloit, Wisconsin; Jerry of Litchfield Park, Arizona; and Jimmy of Edinburg, Texas. He also leaves behind twelve nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces and nephews. Tiny was preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Gwendolyne Smith, and his daughter-in-law, Lisa Smith (Bryan). A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Tilley's Pizza House, 900 4th St, Beloit, WI 53511. Family and friends are invited to come share stories, laughter, and raise a glass in honor of Tiny - a man whose heart was bigger than his nickname.
