To Franks Family and wife,
It's taken me long time to write this to you. I'm a stranger to all of you..I only knew Frank from the Det. I ran into him there waiting in the lobby. I must have looked very upset which i was,but didn't think it showed. He must have seen my pain that day. He stopped and said hello to me and talked about how nice it was outside and i said yes it's a very nice day. He went on his way. just at the moment in time he made me smile. i never forgot that day. I would always look for him when i needed to go there and for sure i would run into him.. He would pass by me with a smile and a kind hello. It would always bring a smile to my face and make my day brighter..I always wondered who that wonderful man was that always brought a smile to my face. I never knew his name till one day i asked the man he was working with who he was. I always wondered what had happened to him. That day i opened the newpaper to see his face there i was in shock, could not believe what i was seeing. Someone that brought a smile to my face was gone. I want you all to know you are in my prayer's and thought's at this time of your loss and may god bless you all. I feel very blessed knowing that got to meet such a wonderful person even if it was just a simple hello.

When i got to work that tuesday afternoon, i picked up the paper and began skimming through and what i saw shocked me terribly. frank was the very last person i would expect to see in the obits. As we all know he was active and was into outdoors and hunting, he was into fitness and being healthy.
It really through me back a few steps as i began think about him...frank was in my family for awhile, as he was married into my family, and i was also in there wedding..i remember that day.. he and my causin looked so nice, they loved each other like no other and i was happy for them, it was like a fairy tale how they met. And i admired them and only hoped that i too would find someone that made me that happy. anyways, I just wanted to say may god bless you frank and your family and we will remember the goodtimes that we all had together. and laugh at the bad times. take care frank.

Dear Frank, Sr. amd Mrs. Snow,
I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I knew Frank from the State Office building and knew he loved you both deeply. He was always one who had a kind word and a smile when I needed it most. He was a good man, a kind man and he did you both proud.
To his wife and Stepsons:
I only hope you saw the happiness, peace and love the rest of us did when he spoke of you.

To Frank's family,
I worked for 12 years at Vet's Memorial Drive where Frank also worked. We chatted a lot and even became confidantes during some tough times. Frank endured a lot of difficult times in his life without losing his kindness and good heart. He worked hard and rarely complained despite his struggles. Frank had a love of life and refused to give up on happiness. I can only hope that he had found it after moving from Bennington and meeting a new love and accomplishing so much. Frank asked little from anyone and would do anything for a friend or person in need. He loved animals and greatly missed his beautiful german shepherd, a breed we spoke about often. I hope and pray that Frank is at peace, his beloved dog at his side, watching over his loved ones. Frank, your kindness and gentleness were a rarity in this world and will be greatly missed.
May his family and friends be comforted by knowing that Frank was one of those true, good souls. God Bless.
