Geoffrey Norton Obituary
Geoffrey M. Norton, 67, of Madison WI passed from this life on 11/09/2025. He was born in Cambridge, NY on 05/25/1958 to Helen Bernice Shaughnessy and John L. Norton.
Geoff graduated from Hoosick Falls Central School and Southern Vermont College. At the time of his passing he was a sales manager for Kronen Corporation.
Geoff was predeceased by his parents and his sister Sherry Norton Pudvar. He is survived by his daughter Jillian Norton, his former wife Kathryn Caron, mother of Jillian, his son-in-law Diteyn Elmsoxogu, his sisters Judy Norton, Debbie (Stan) Rimkunas, his brother Jack (Alyce) Norton, and several nieces & nephews.
Geoff enjoyed playing chess, cribbage, golf, and being on the beach at the ocean. He was an avid reader and a Dallas Cowboys fan. He accomplished his goal of visiting all 48 continental U.S. states finishing with Arizona earlier this year.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life is planned for the coming spring.
