Dear Gilbert,
We only said hi here and there and not much words were exchanged over the past few years, but I always had kind thoughts for the both of you.
I envied your love and dedication to one another, and the energy you had together.
I am so very sorry for your wife's passing, and may the lord be with you in this trying time to help you heal with your loss.
I again am very sorry...
Your neighbor, ( across the street with the pony).
