I met Wayne Coulter when we were serving in the Air Force during the Korean War. Wayne was a person who possessed many high qualities. To this day, he was the best friend I ever had. We kept in touch after we were discharged in 1955 and I made a couple of trips to Vermont to see him back in the 1970's. I instilled many of his qualities into myself and became a better person as a result of our acquaintance.

I'm so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. He was a kind sweet man. I will always remember him and his young at heart personality. He use to come see me at the restaurants I worked at and I will miss hearing about his adventures.
RIP Wayne
