Paula Osborn Obituary
Paula Osborn, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and cherished matriarch, passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 75. A proud retired autoworker, Paula was the heart of her family and a pillar in her community.
Known for her unmatched skill with a needle and thread, Paula could stitch, sew, and quilt like no other. Her love for crafting was more than a hobby-it was a gift she shared with everyone around her. Whether she was piecing together a beautiful quilt or creating something special for a loved one, Paula poured her heart into everything she made.
Beyond her family, she was a matriarch of the Sportsmen Paradise community, where her warm smile, helping hands, and steadfast dedication touched countless lives.
At home, Paula's kitchen was always open. Early weekend mornings, the smell of homemade biscuits and gravy would fill the air, drawing family together for breakfast before long chats over coffee on the porch. Many of those mornings were spent beside her beautiful pond-watching the water ripple, sharing stories, and catching up with the ones she loved most.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Albert Osborn, as well as her sisters Sue and Wilma. She is survived by her sisters Kay and Billie, and her brother Jimmy; her daughters Cherie (Mark) Wiggins and Buffy (Rusty) Wyman; her son Rob (Mary) Osborn; and her adopted daughter Eve (Warren) Westcoat. She was the proud grandmother of Billie Harleman, Josh Harleman, Jordan Harleman, Kara Nicole Wiggins, Marissa, Aimee Vaughn, Eve (Bryce) Kilian, Joanie Westcoat, and Lyla Westcoat; and the loving great-grandmother of Shyla, Trinity, Austynn, Ty, Indy, and Koen. Paula also leaves behind her treasured "fur kid" Handsome, and many nieces and nephews who adored her.
Paula was truly one of a kind-one of the last of her kind-and that is something her family and friends will hold dear forever. Her legacy of love, strength, and creativity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. "And that."
