Garrett Williams Obituary
Garrett James Williams, 25, of Benton, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Born December 1, 1999, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Garrett was the cherished son of Vernon and Jennifer Balogh Williams. A lifelong resident of Benton, he graduated from Benton High School and was a beloved participant in the Civitan Adult Day Program in Bryant, where he made lasting friendships and brought joy to all who knew him.
Garrett was a devoted member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, where he found comfort, connection, and a strong sense of faith. Known for his radiant smile and joyful spirit, Garrett touched countless lives with his warmth and gentle nature. He delighted in life's simple pleasures - especially music, sports, and taking car rides, which always lifted his spirits.
He is survived by his loving parents, Vernon and Jennifer Williams of Benton; his brother, Nathan Williams; and his sister, Natalie Williams, both of Benton. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, George and Connie Balogh of Conway, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him deeply.
Garrett was preceded in death by his twin brothers, John and Joseph; and his paternal grandparents, Aaron and Patricia Kreutzer.
Though his time with us was brief, Garrett's life was rich in love, laughter, and light - a light that will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Benton. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, in the chapel of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home in Benton. Burial will follow the Mass at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander.
In honor of Garrett's joyful spirit, the family kindly encourages attendees to wear casual clothing.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home in Benton.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Civitan Services of Bryant.
