Patsy Garrett Obituary
Patsy was not the name she went by though. She was known as "Pat," "Granny Pat," or just "Pat." Pat loved with her whole heart. She always wanted to help someone whether she was feeding them, cleaning for them, or taking care of them. Pat had a beautiful smile and wanted to make others smile as well. She rarely met a stranger and if she spent time with you, she had a story to tell.
Pat's family was first and foremost. She loved spending time with her family, especially those grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pat enjoyed hunting, Fishing, and camping.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Edna Taylor; siblings, Billie Sue, Rogie, JW (Gub), Barbara, and Kathy; and children, Patricia, Leassie Isom, Rogie Dale (Ducky) and Gerald Garrett.
Survivors include her sister, Virgie Fischer; grandchildren, Chris Isom, Tasha Isom, Clint Garrett, Chad Garrett; great-grandchildren, Garrett Isom (Cory), Heather Isom, Deven Sikes, Arin Isom, Cami Garrett, Cantrell Garrett, Cole Garrett, and Addi Bovee; great-great-grandchildren, Ariat, Blake Everly, Bohannon, Paityn, Leassie, and Madisyn; and to all the loved ones that Pat had mothered and loved along the way.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Ashby Funeral Home.
