Sandra Ann Anderson

Sandra Ann Anderson, age 84, of Benton, died November 27, 2025. She was born May 12, 1941 in Benton. Sandra was a retired LPTN, and a member of Parkview United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband Dewell Anderson, Father Ernest Smith, Mother Madelyn Smith Westbrook, brother, Ernie Smith, and great grandson Saul Anderson Billingsley.
Survived by Son Ken Anderson, wife Donna, granddaughter Britni Baxter & husband Jake, great grandsons Abe and Jack Billingsley, grandson Sam Anderson & wife Grace, Son Todd Anderson, friend Catherine Burrus, grand daughter Paige Shields & husband Bradley.
Sandra's compassionate heart guided her into a lifelong calling as an LPTN, spending her later years with Stride House outpatient center with the Counseling Clinic, where her gentle spirit and steady presence touched countless lives. She poured the same care into her family and friends, always offering a warm meal, a listening ear, or one of her famous home-cooked dishes. She loved cheering on Arkansas Razorback & Dallas Cowboy football and adored her loyal companion, Pedro, who was always by her side. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandsons, catching up with Abe & his activities & always crafting something with Jack But above all those things, Sandra cherished her role as "Granny." The name fit her perfectly, she gave endlessly, loved deeply, and made everyone around her feel safe, welcomed, and cherished.

Her legacy is one of kindness, strength, and unwavering love. She will be profoundly missed and forever held close in the hearts of those who knew her.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Ashby's.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Pine Crest Cemetery. Rev. Dori Rowen will officiate.
