He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jerry Shell and daughter, Paula Shell.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Joann Shell; daughter, Becky Bailey (Raymond); son, George Shell; grandchildren, Amber, Raymond and Renae; special friends, James "Smitty" Smith and Richey Don Garrett and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
Memorial visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, December 10, at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
