Annie Elfreida Pasotti

Annie Elfreida (Marsden) Pasotti, 89, of 1 Berkshire Square, Adams, a former longtime resident of Walling Road, died early Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, 2007, at Williamstown Commons.
Born in Adams on Sept. 17, 1918, she was a daughter of Stephen and Elizabeth (Anlauf) Marsden. She attended Adams schools.
Mrs. Pasotti worked in the sewing department at the former Waverly Fabrics in Adams until retiring in 1980. Earlier, she had worked at the former Berkshire Fine Spinning Co. in Adams for many years.
She was an active member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Adams, where she was a member of its Vestry, Guild and Choir, and was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was also active with its annual bazaar.
She was a member of the Adams Senior Citizens.
She enjoyed sewing, reading, traveling, and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
Her husband, Louis F. Pasotti, whom she married on Sept. 17, 1958, died on July 18, 2004.
She leaves a sister, Ruth O’Keefe of Williamstown; a niece, Ann M. John of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; a nephew, Robert Marsden of Stockbridge; and a grand nephew, Christopher Marsden of Stockbridge.
Two brothers, Nelson Marsden, who died in action in World War II, and George Marsden, and a nephew, James O’Keefe, are deceased.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Annie Pasotti will be held on Friday, Nov. 16, at 9 a.m., from the Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St. Adams. A Requiem Eucharist and Burial Office will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Adams, with the Rev. R. Ellen White, priest-in-charge, officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams.
Calling hours are Thursday, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church through the funeral home.
