I learned last weekend about the passing of Debbie. We went to Crosby, Taconic and BC together. I can hear her laugh so very clearly as I fondly remember her. MS is cruel. I am so sorry for your loss.

Mark and Jeff I am so sorry to hear about Debbie´s passing. I didn´t know her when you two were growing up. I did get to know her when she was a probation officer. She and I shared a few clients, she was firm and tough but very fair. She went above and beyond her duties to help the girls we worked with. I truly enjoyed not just a professional relationship but also the personal one, because of my relationship with the two of you. She was too young to go away.

Back in elementary school, both Deb and I took swimming lessons at the Pittsfield Girls Club, and we would walk (on our own!) from Pomeroy to the Girls Club when it was time for our weekly lesson. I always looked forward to that walk because I got to spend time with her. Deb was such a nice kid, and I'm sure she remained a wonderful person all of her life. My sincere sympathy for your loss.
