1972 - 2014 PITTSFIELD Jason S. Moore, 42, of 340 West Street, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Haverhill, Mass., on Oct. 5, 1972, the son of William J. Moore and Helen Sampson Moore, he was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a 1990 graduate of Taconic High School. Mr. Moore was last employed as a Night Auditor for Cranwell Resort in Lenox from where he left due to illness. He had also worked at other area hotels. He enjoyed being with his children and family. He also enjoyed hockey and football. Mr. Moore leaves his mother, Helen Moore of Pittsfield; his father, William J. Moore of Waterford, Maine; two sons, Matthew T. Moore of Pittsfield, and Brandon J. Moore, of Pittsfield; three daughters, Kelsey L. Moore of Pittsfield, Autumn Moore of Lenox, and Avery Moore of Lenox; a sister, Kimberly Green of Pittsfield; a brother, Thomas Moore of Pittsfield; as well as four nephews, Elliott Moore of North Adams, Isaiah Green of Pittsfield, Jaydon Green of Pittsfield, and Brent Klahn of Holyoke; a niece, Brooke Moore, of Pittsfield; and his dear friend, Lisa Gaudette, of Pittsfield. FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours for Jason S. Moore will be held Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 5 to 7 p.m., at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield. A memorial service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the DERY FUNERAL HOME to help defray funeral expenses.
