I worked with Laurie @ Worthington Health Center years ago. Her kindness was felt by all. We all were impressed by her artistic talent too, when she brightened the waiting room with her beautiful paintings. I was always happy to see her and only a month ago, we did at Liston“s. She was having lunch with a few friends and having a great time. My thoughts are with her family and friends at this time....Laurie was very special.

I met Laurie when I was a school van driver, in the early '90's; I was immediately drawn to her sweet, genuine nature. Her little son, Jason, and my little daughter, Sandy, became close pals. I moved out of Worthington in 1998, but would see her now and then, and we'd renew our valued connection as though no time had passed. She was a gem, and a delight to have known; I cannot imagine the loss her family surely feels; please accept my sincerest condolences.
