Michael Forzano Obituary
1963 - 2015 LEE Michael J. Forzano, 52, of Theresa Terrace, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning at home with his family by his side. Born June 16, 1963 in Brooklyn, NY to Vincent and Katherine Tomasulo Forzano, Michael was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Mr. Forzano enjoyed being his wife's partner at their business, Cakewalk, in Lee and most especially cherished his time he spent with his family. In addition to his mother of Ludlow, Mr. Forzano leaves behind his beloved wife, the former Anita Panaia, whom he married May 3, 1987, one son; Michael V. Forzano of Coral Springs, FL and one daughter; Alyssa G. Forzano of Lee. He also leaves behind his sister; Renee` (Kerry) Considine of Chicopee, and his brother; Anthony (Jana) Forzano of Ludlow, as well as, his two nephews; Nicholas and Joseph Forzano. Mr. Forzano was predeceased by his father, Vincent Forzano in 1994. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Michael J. Forzano will be held Tuesday, December 29th, 11a.m., at St. Mary's Church in Lee. Visiting hours will be Monday, December 28th, 4p.m. until 7p.m., at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to Hospice Care in the Berkshires or Dr. Kemeny's Pump Research Fund, in care of Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238. My deepest heartfelt Condolences to all of the Forzano family. I have so many childhood memories at the Lake and visiting their home. I remember Michael taking care of his sister Renee and with my best friend... his brother Anthony. Such a wonderful and loving family especially his Mother Kathy and Father Vincent. My condolences to the entire Forzano family. Growing up, Mike was like a big brother for me. He was always upbeat and a fun guy to be around.
We often bumped into him when my Dad was visiting the Doctor, he always made Dad smile.
