Phyllis Hulbert Obituary
Phyllis was a proud member of the Lebanon Valley Protection Association (LVPA) for 44 years. Her proudest moments were driving for the Greyhound Bus line out of Albany, NY as one of the first woman drivers as well as her 37 years of service with the New Lebanon School District as a bus driver.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, JoAnna Phillips (Todd) of Pittsfield; Sister Patricia Burnell of West Lebanon; Brother, William Huggins (Martha) of Pittsfield; Sister, Pamela Breen (George) of Florida; Sister, Deborah Huggins of West Lebanon; Granddaughters, Danielle Phillips of Berlin and Alyssa Phillips of West Springfield; Great Granddaughters, Savannah Hammon of Stephentown and Tiana Lansing of Berlin and Shirley Georgia of Otego.
A celebration of her life will be held at Hall & Higgins Funeral Home, 457 Route 43, Stephentown, NY on Friday, July 23 rd from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with Deacon Peter Quinn officiating a memorial service at 1:00 PM. Burial will immediately follow at the Cemetery of The Evergreens. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Phyllis's memory may be made out to the LVPA in care of the funeral home.

Phyllis you were surrogate member of our family. You are in family pictures at our gas station. You shared joyful as well as sorrowful moments with us. RIP in peace and fly with the angels. Your uniqueness will be missed. My sympathies to Joanna, Pat, Pam, Bill and Debbie.
