Robert Mollison Obituary
Bob was born February 14, 1949, the son of James R. and Rose (Purinton) Mollison, whom both preceded him in death.
On June 15,1991 he married Marcella J. Pemble whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his children Christina M. Durprea (fiance Matthew Brodeur) of Pittsfield and son Raymond A. Duprea and wife Brooke of Cheshire.
Robert was a 1967 graduate of Arms Academy, following graduation he became a proud member of the United States Marines serving in Vietnam. He received the National Defense Service Metal, Rifle Marksman Badge, Meritorious Mast, Good Conduct Medal, and Vietnam Service Metal.
He was employed as a heavy equipment operator for Pittsfield Sand and Gravel and had been retired for several years.
Mr. Mollison is survived by sister Lola Billiel (Jeff) of Sidney, Ohio and Douglas Mollison (Penny) of Ashfield. Bob and Marcie leave numerous nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Visiting hours will take place at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St., in PITTSFIELD, on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at Mary Lyon Church, 17 Upper Street, Buckland on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. Donations in memory of Bob may be made to "Toys for Tots", a Marine Corp project in care of the funeral home.

Rest in Peace, cousin Bob. So many memories! The last Rag Shag Parade, the last ARMS homecoming, ringing the bell in the tower, the last graduation from Cowell (your mom and my dad were in the first class to graduate from that gym), and riding with you and David to our driver's education classes in Greenfield.
