Stephen Calderwood Obituary

Stephen David Calderwood of Ocean Shores, WA passed on August 24, 2021 after a short battle with cancer. Born June 1, 1959 to Herbert and Gladys Calderwood, he grew up in Pittsfield, MA and was a graduate of Pittsfield High the Class of 1977.

Steve had a long career in waste water treatment operations: most recently owning his independent consulting firm working with various treatment plants in CA. He retired from the business in 2008. Besides the state of Washington where he moved in 2018 he lived in Greer, SC; Grass Valley, CA and Little River, SC.

He was a member of Alcoholic Anonymous. Steve was an avid N-Scale train hobbyist. Stephen and Lisa enjoyed riding their custom Harleys, riding in various motorcycle groups. He also enjoyed playing guitar.

Steve is survived by his wife Lisa, whom he married on March 28. 1999; a son Kailen M. Calderwood of North Plains, OR; daughter Tara L. (Eric) Zolman of Lacey, WA; stepson Nicholas Daugherty of Summerton, SC; grandchildren Triston, Lawson, Ruby, EvaJean, Hattie; brother William Calderwood (Anita) of Lanesborough, MA; sister Shirley Fisher of Middletown, RI; nieces Carissa, Brittany and Beth Calderwood; nephews Scott and Todd (Sandy) Fisher.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother Robert Calderwood.

Dear Calderwood Family,
