Sydney Klein Obituary
Sydney was born in San Juan Puerto Rico in 1932. He graduated from the Bronx High School of Science in 1950 and MIT in 1955.
He was passionate in his pursuit of knowledge and deeply devoted to his family.
He leaves behind his wife of over 70 years, Mathilde, five children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were held on Wednesday September 17th at 12:30PM at Congregation Kol Ami in White Plains New York.

Dear Tilly, Paul, Claudia, Philip, Charles, and Anne: I think I always knew your father from the time I was a little girl. I've never forgotten how, much later, when I was a teenager, he told me that "The Great Gatsby" was the greatest American novel. My heart goes out to all of you. I still miss my father everyday. So long since, I've seen any of you, even Tilly,whom I looked forward to seeing every year at our NY seders. Sending love, condolences, and sympathies.

Tillie (Mathilde) was my best friend in elementary school and remained so until this day. I met Sydney in high school where he and Tillie first became aquatic couple. So many years; so many memories. Syd trained as an architect but his passion was books. He always followed his own star until the end. He enjoyed a long life and his kids and their progeny. farewell, my old friend and hugs to my Tillie
