The unexpected passing of James E. Kaverman, of Reed City, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, has left a huge void in our hearts. Jim was born in Lima, Ohio, on September 25, 1945 and graduated from Reed City High School in 1963. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force where he was honorably discharged in 1967.
Jim married Bonnie Crane on October 7, 1967. Jim and Bonnie raised three children: Shannon (CJ) ,Thomas (Dilana) and Timothy (Amanda) who, in-turn gave him seven grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. Jim left behind his beloved side companion Dukie, who misses him immensely.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place through the care of Corey Funeral Home in Evart, with no services being held. Memorial contributions in Jim's name can be made to the charity of the donors choice. Online at [email protected].
