Matt is still a fond memory, far more than others I´ve known. He was a tough man but loyal to his friends and family. His sense of humor made all of us laugh just when we needed it most. RIP Matt. It occurs to me that it won´t be long before I see you again. JD p.s. God bless All who loved him

Dear Annette, Janet, Sue and John, and all,
I am sorry to miss seeing you all. I just heard about your Dad and I am sad could not be there for you. Thinking about your Dad will always bring me fond memories of you kids and the farm. One nice memory is how he could make my mom (and others) laugh. Another is how he loved to see you show your animals at the county fairs. He was always helping someone with something. I love that the big red barn he built at the farm still stands, put there by his hands with a crew of others. There are many more moments I could say. I know you will miss him and so will I. Love to you all.
