He was born October 21, 1958 in Ipwitch, England to parents Bernell Foster, Sr. and Ruby Lee (Carter) Foster.
Bernell is survived by his wife, Yvonne Foster; daughter, Samone Foster-Smith; sisters: Marva Foster and Judy Little; nephew, Tyronne Foster; niece, Jodi Outland; and numerous other family members and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents; and son, Muncie Foster.
