Larry Fowler Obituary

Larry Fowler, 77, of Ackerly, died Wednesday, July 24, 2024 in Lamesa.
Larry was born April 9, 1947 in Loris, South Carolina to Edward and Mildred Fowler. He became a big brother to Jo 4 years later. In 1970 he married the love of his life, Alicia Acosta, in Big Spring. In 1970 they started their family by having their son, Craig, and family was completed by having their daughter, Laricia, in 1980. He served in the USAF from 1966-1970. He retired in 2001 after 30 years in the paper industry. He was a member of Baptist Temple Church in Big Spring.
He is survived by his wife, Alicia, of Ackerly; son, Craig (Jennifer) of Warner Robins, Ga; daughter, Laricia (Christi) of Fort Worth; granddaughter Julianna (Sam) Thomaston of Perry, Ga; Christian Fowler of Fort Worth; sister Jo Davis; brother in laws Joe (Ayda) Acosta, Albert (Lilia) Acosta; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Mildred Fowler; in laws Conrrado and Fe Acosta; and brother-in-law Buddy Davis.
