Luis Hernandez Obituary
He was born November 23, 1948 in Stanton, TX. Luis was a lifelong resident of Big Spring where he met and married Helen Viera on January 1, 1965. He retired from Bob Brock Ford after 38 years. Luis and Helen owned H&H Donuts for 10 years and also worked at Holy Trinity Catholic Church for 10 years. He was an avid Cowboys fan and was always very devoted to helping anyone with any kind of trouble.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Hernandez; sons, Frank Hernandez & Phillip Hernandez; daughter, Elizabeth Hernandez; sisters: Mary Gomez, Esther Hernandez, Rosa Aguirre and Juanita Walton; as well as 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren with 2 on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominga and Jesus Hernandez; sons, Luis Hernandez, Jr. & George Hernandez; brothers, Jesus Hernandez & Selistino "Pepe" Hernandez.
