Audrey Honegger

1933 - 2025

Audrey Anita Simpson Honegger, age 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on October 23, 2025, in Renton, Washington.

Born on February 19, 1933, Audrey was a graduate of Billings Senior High School, Class of 1951. Her life was marked by deep devotion to her family, her faith, and her country.

Her heart overflowed with love for both her homeland and her heritage. A true American patriot, she was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She held a profound respect for the armed services and supported organizations related to U.S. Military veterans. At the same time, she cherished her Scottish roots-her father's ancestral home-and found great joy in visiting Scotland with her daughter Trish in 2010.

Her interests reflected a thoughtful and inquisitive spirit. Audrey had a passion for genealogy and took pride in that work. She loved playing solitaire and treasured time spent visiting with friends and family. Music was a lifelong companion; she played the violin in her youth and later embraced learning the piano.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Park and Margaret Connolly Simpson, and her brother, Warren Jack Simpson. She is survived by her husband Karl, and daughters, Pamela Honegger, and Trish Honegger.

She will be interred at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Billings, near her parents.

Audrey's legacy of love for family, faith in God's promises, and unwavering patriotism will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing.
