Geoff Walton, 72, of Big Timber, passed away Sunday September 1, 2024, at his home. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, September 28, at the Sweet Grass County Fairgrounds in Big Timber. I just found out yesterday that my longtime friend Geoff passed away. We became closest buddies at Central and could hardly be separated. We hooked up several times after high school; fishing, cooking, gardening, hiking. Then life got in the way and we failed to keep in touch. I would like to send my deepest condolences to Geoff's family. What a great guy! I love and miss you Geoff.
