James Anton Dassinger
AURORA, CO - James Dassinger, age 76, peacefully passed away in Aurora, CO at home, surrounded by his loved ones on April 20, 2024, following a battle with colon cancer. Born on July 27, 1947, in Dickinson, North Dakota, he moved to Billings in 1955 with his parents Anton and Helen Dassinger. Jim served in the Army 173rd Division, Airborne, during the Vietnam War, 1967-1968.
James is survived by his children: Cindy Dassinger- (Christos) Vasilas, and Jason (Jennifer) Dassinger; grandchildren and siblings. He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Bradley Dassinger; parents and a sister.
A Celebration of Life for James will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club, located at 23155 E. Heritage Pkwy, Aurora, CO 80016. To share condolences, visit: Horancares.com.
