John Madole, 67, of Billings, died on June 12, 2013. God put his last gold brick in his mansion in the sky while he was sleeping and took him home to be with his wife.
John was born on Feb. 28, 1946, in Dickinson, N.D., to Thomas and Lillian Madole. He married Kandy Kerr in August 1973, and had six children. He retired from Local 98, where he was a union laborer for several years.
He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, brother, wife, son and daughter.
He is survived by his children, Mimi (Brian) Nicholas, Renee Gehring, Tina Madole, Jacqueline (Mike) Seeberger; 10 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and dog Haley.
Burial for John and his wife will be at 4 p.m. Friday, June 21, at Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park. Celebration of life will follow at his house.
