David was a classmate for my final two years of high school at Wolf Point. We did some crazy things (don't most high-schoolers?). One event I remember is his going out for football. He was tall and athletic, so he did fine. I lost track of him, so am sad to hear of his passing. Rest in peace David. David was my classmate and friend, my neighbor, and later my first boyfriend.
His father was my family physician in our small town on the Plains of Montana.
I loved him and he has been in my heart always. Because of what I knew of his character, I feel He shared my faith in Jesus Christ and is now in heaven with Him. I am sending my condolences to Doug and all the family who loved him. I am so sad about his suffering dementia near the end of life. He was vibrant and had a keen intellect and I am glad I knew him.
