Wallace Stewart Warnock

Wallace Stewart Warnock, 96, of Hardin died on Nov. 11, 2014. The oldest of six children, Wally was born to Herriott Stewart Warnock and Hallie Rush Warnock on Jan. 10, 1918, in Los Angeles.

He married his beautiful wife, Barbara Anne Blodget, on Nov. 25, 1943. They cherished 50 years of marriage together until her death in 1994. He married Paula Rose Simonds on Nov. 18, 1995, and she passed away April 4, 2013, in California. They enjoyed the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and California in general.

He and Barbara had three sons, James, Steven and William, and they became the grandparents of 10 grandchildren, Anaise Morgan, Jodi Beaudry, Jessica Hasselmann, Timothy Warnock, Benjamin Warnock, DeAnna Batchelor, Summer Noble, Jedediah Warnock, Arianne Warnock and Bree Al-Sultan. Wally and Babbs also had 13 great-grandchildren. Wally, as family and friends knew him, had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He lived most of his life in Southern California, settling in San Diego. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on Aug. 5, 1966. Serving Jehovah God was the focus of his life. Countless friends and family will miss him.

Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 704 West Fourth St. in Hardin on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. Bullis Mortuary is assisting the family. Condolences may be sent to 210 S. Lewis Ave. in Hardin, MT 59034.
