RAPID CITY, S.D. - William "Will" John Spint, 35, of Rapid City, S.D., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, after a fatal accident in Williston, N.D. Will was born in Billings, on Nov. 29, 1977, to John "Jack" and Leanne (Paull) Spint. Will married Catherine V. Baird on Oct. 9, 1999, and they had three boys. He was full of life and he loved to give anybody he came across a hard time as he loved to make people smile. Aside from his wife, children and family, Will had another love and that was his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He would be out riding or working on his bike whenever he had a chance, rain or shine. Will loved being outdoors and was an avid fisherman from ice fishing in the winter to fly fishing in the spring. He was very proud of his garden and loved to cook extravagant meals and even had friendly food competitions.
Will is survived by his beloved wife Catherine; three sons Anthony 15, Patrick 13, and Levi 11, all of Rapid City; his mother Leanne Silva of Casper, Wyo.; his father John "Jack" Spint of Billings; his brother Thomas Spint of Rapid City; his grandmother Sue Paull of Casper, Wyo.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nephew, nieces and cousins. Will was preceded in death by his brother Travis Spint; grandma Betty Spint; grandpa William Spint; grandpa Keith Paull; and various aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Kirk Funeral Home in Rapid City and one hour before services. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the Funeral Home with Pastor Brent Woodard officiating. Family and friends may sign Will's online guest book at www.kirkfuneralhome.com
