November 29, 1952 - September 13, 2025

BISMARCK - Charles Mulvaney, 72, Bismarck, died September 13, 2025 at Sanford Hospital. A memorial service will be held 1:30 pm Monday, September 22nd at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave., Bismarck. Family will greet guests one hour prior.

Charles was born November 29, 1952 in St. Paul, Minnesota to James R. and Virginia (Hesse) Mulvaney. He was raised and educated in St. Paul and graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic School, then pursued a higher education and moved on to Bismarck in 1992. He started working for Ruthmeier Hospitality. He married Dorothy Martin on August 10, 2006. He enjoyed nature, being at the river, camping, and playing darts.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mulvaney; brother, Gregory Mulvaney; and four nieces, Tanya, Christina, Jessie, and Kelly.

He was preceded in death by parents, Virginia and James R. Mulvaney; brother, James; sisters, Susan, Rita, and Cherrie; brother-in-law, Ross Moody; son, Jamie Ian Mulvaney; and step-daughter, Leslie Martin.
