Curtis Lysne, 80, Harvey, died Feb. 5, 2019, at CHI St. Alexius Hospital, Bismarck. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at First Lutheran Church, Harvey. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery, Harvey.
Curt was born April 27, 1938, in Harlow. He was the son of Carl and Agnes (Lokken) Lynse. Curt married Janet Fox on April 30, 1955. They in lived in Maza, Churchs Ferry, Starkweather and Maddock, where Curt worked for elevators. They moved to Harvey in 1975, and Curt worked for Harvey Farmers Elevator until his retirement.
Curt is survived by his children, Carla (Ron) Toso, Mandan, Daren (Linda) Lysne, Rugby, Karalee (Bob) Adam, Bismarck; daughter-in-law, Kim Lysne, Devils Lake; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sister, Arlys Haus, Bismarck. Curt was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janet; son, Rick; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bernie and Leila (Brenseth) Fox.
