Dean Richard Clarkson, 61 of Rapid City, passed away July 28, 2024. Dean will be laid to rest at Black Hills National Cemetery on Friday, September 27th, 2024 at 3pm. Arrangements are with Kirk Funeral Home in Rapid City, SD.
