Emil R Nagel, 92, Glen Ullin, passed away July 20, 2025, in Lincoln, ND, surrounded by family.
A celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Bismarck, with a celebrant.
Emil was born on April 1st, 1933, to Jacob and Lena in Glen Ullin. He was raised and educated in Glen Ullin. He married the love of his life, Marilyn, on October 2nd, 1954. He was a highly regarded supervisor of bridge engineering until he was forced into early retirement due to injury. He then enjoyed spending his time with family and friends.
Emil will be deeply missed by his children, Jerome, Terry, Jean, and Heidi. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Emil was preceded in death by his parents Jacob and Lena, brother Melvin, wife Marilyn, daughter Karen, and great-granddaughter Tianna.
