Gary Urlacher, 63, of Parshall, N.D., passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at his home.
Funeral, Monday, September 8, 2025, at 1 p.m., at Red Bear NE Segment Community Center, Parshall.
Visitation, Sunday, September 7, 2025, 2 to 5 p.m., at Langhans Funeral Home, Parshall, and one hour before the start of the service at the center.
Memorials are preferred to the ND Special Olympics, and the inurnment will take place later.
Gary Allen Urlacher, a twin son of Sylvester and Jacqueline (Reisenauer) Urlacher, was born on December 24, 1961, and raised in New England, graduating in 1980. On December 4, 1981, Gary married Penny Eliason. Gary worked at various elevators; they relocated to Parshall in 2001. He retired from United Quality Grain Coop in 2022 as the manager of both elevator operations and grain sales. He served on the board of the ND Grain Dealers Association.
Gary cherished his family and spending time with his grandchildren. His sons remember him as firm but fair. He enjoyed gardening and collecting antiques. This strong man with a gentle heart will be greatly missed. May he rest in eternal peace.
Gary is survived by his wife, Penny Urlacher of Parshall; sons, Zackery Urlacher (Sierra) of Parshall, and Beau Urlacher of Minot, N.D.; twin brother, Terry Urlacher (Rhonda) of Casper, Wyo.; sisters, LaVonne Stang (Dennis) and Del Rae Jung (Brian) both of New England; brother-in-law, Bill Neprash of New England; six grandchildren; and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jesse Urlacher; and sister-in-law, Jill Neprash.
