BISMARCK – Judith "Judy" Wittmier, 84, of Bismarck, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 8, 2025, at Missouri Slope, Bismarck.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at First Baptist Church, Bismarck, N.D. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, N.D.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Bismarck Funeral Home, with a Prayer Service at 5:30 p.m.
