Layla Schatz Obituary
FARGO - Layla Irene Schatz, infant daughter of Bobby and Kelli Schatz, passed away on Sept. 12, 2011, at Sanford Health Systems, Fargo. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 15, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, Park River. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Park River.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Layla Irene Schatz was born Aug. 31, 2011, at Sanford Health, the daughter of Bobby and Kelli (Meberg) Schatz.
She is survived by her parents and brother, Benjamin Schatz, all of Fargo; maternal grandparents, Dean and Erna Meberg, Park River; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Betty Ann Schatz, Mercer; maternal great-grandmother, Gail Meberg, Park River; paternal great-grandmother, Ella Nora Schatz, Bismarck; aunts and uncles, Katie (Dean) Thompson, Park River, Sean (Justine) Meberg, Wailau, Hawaii, and Tina (Brian) Goven, Mercer; and cousins, Trace Anderson and Victoria, Brook and Jenna Goven.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Allerd and Irene Johnson and D. Urby Meberg; and paternal great-grandparents, Fred and Bertha Jans and Ben Schatz.
