Milton O. Westgard, 91, of Bismarck, went to be with the Lord on November 16, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 21st, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2300 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. Visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00 PM with a prayer service and sharing of memories beginning at 6:00 PM, Thursday, November 20th, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck. Burial will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 21st, at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Milton's memorial service and prayer service will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend.
