Ryan Pritchett, 34, Rice Lake, died Jan. 27, 2019, at Sanford Hospital, Bismarck.
Ryan Allen Pritchett was born April 18, 1984, the son of Robert A. "Bob" and Meredyth L. (Newland) Pritchett, in Minot. He was raised and educated in Minot and graduated from Minot High School in 2002. He then moved to Rice Lake in 1999. Ryan had worked for R&J's Fuel Services and also at John's Auto Body.
He enjoyed fishing, riding jet ski and four-wheelers, hanging out with friends at the lake, and playing fetch in the water with JD.
Ryan is dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him, especially his mom.
Surviving family includes parents, Robert and Meredyth Pritchett, Rice Lake; sisters, Kim Pritchett, Bismarck, and Toni (Brad) Moses, Manassas, Va.; nephew, Chase Moses; girlfriend, Whitney Brothers, Bismarck; and several cousins.
Ryan was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Virgil and Bea Newland; paternal grandparents, Robert and Marvel "Bubbles" Pritchett; and his childhood dog, Oreo.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at The Grand Hotel, Minot. There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register book on Friday one hour prior to the service at The Grand Hotel. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the North Dakota Cystic Fibrosis Association, 921 S. Ninth St. #115, Bismarck, ND, 58504.
