FORT TOTTEN - Shawn R. Charboneau Sr., 36, Fort Totten, died Aug. 13, 2010, at Mercy Hospital, Devils Lake. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Fort Totten Recreational Center. Interment will be at St. Jerome's Cemetery, rural Fort Totten.
He is survived by his parents, Cheryl GoodIron and Robert Charboneau, both of Fort Totten; a son, Shawn Jr., Fort Totten; a stepson, John Blake, Dallas; two daughters, Sierra Charboneau, Dallas, and Carter Charboneau, Fort Totten; two brothers, Samuel Cloud, Fort Totten, and Robert Charboneau Jr., Bismarck; an adopted brother, Jason Thompson, Tokio; six sisters, JoNell Charboneau and Kristi Thompson, both of St. Michael, and Chepa Cloud, Roselyn Lenoir, Bobbie Dunn and Angela Hook and stepsister, Amanda Luidtke, all of Fort Totten; his grandparents, Jean Veale, England, and Mary Charboneau, Ardis Shaw, Delbert Cloud, Al Cloud, Vincent Shaw and Andy Shaw, all of Fort Totten; and his great-grandmothers, Lily Shaw and Hermenia McKay, both of Fort Totten.
