Wayne O. Sanderson, 64, Bismarck, died June 23, 2015, at a Bismarck hospital. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 10, at North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, 1825 46th St., Mandan.
Wayne was born in Williston on Feb. 23, 1951, to Gordon and Opal Marian (Jorgens) Sanderson.
He is survived by his children, Virginia Sanderson (Jason Sayler), Melissa Hanson (James) and Alexis Hall; and his grandchildren, Tapanga Sayler, Eric Baukol, Ashton Hanson and Saudie and David Rutherford. He also is survived by his sisters and brothers, Melvin Sanderson, Sandy (Pat) Regains, Robert (Cindy) Sanderson and Lois (Richard) Bean; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Opal Sanderson; and his grandparents, MaryAnn and John Gorgons.
A luncheon with be provided afterwards at 2 p.m. at the Bismarck Moose Lodge, 312 N. 20th St., Bismarck.
