Scott Given Obituary
He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda McGaha Given.
He is survived by his wife, Sonya Hargus Given; his father and step-mother, Anthony and Sharon Given of Elkview, WVA and his brother, Edward Given of Elkview, WVA.
Scott was an avid Clemson football fan and Dallas Cowboys fan and was a kind and giving person. He enjoyed spending time with his friends.
A celebration of Scott's life will be held at a later date.

Seems like yesterday I seen him raising heck in his old mustang! We used to play basketball together at Elkview Jr High School's outdoors courts and he would jump in his Stang and tear out of the parking lot, racing to get a soda from the store before the rest of us could even in our cars! That Stang would fly! And if he wasn't in the Stang, he would be driving the van. We had some great times, if we weren't scared to death by his driving! Going to miss you brother, hope to see ya soon up in heaven! Keep it between the lines!
