I am so sorry to learn of Sil's passing. I had the privilege of working with Sil at Kimberly-Clark for many years. There are so many fond memories of Sil; I distinctly remember him taking me out to the parking lot to show me his Jaguar. He was giddy as a boy on Christmas morning. I considered him not only a colleague but also a friend.
