James Ryan Jones
James "Ryan" Jones, 41, of Borger, TX, passed away on November 3, 2021.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 20, 2021 at First Baptist Church, located at 207 S. Ridgeland Ave, in Fritch, TX, with Danny Courtney officiating.

Ryan was born on August 1, 1980, at High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo,TX, to Roger D. Jones and Elizabeth Alice (Roberts) Jones.

Ryan was most known for his ability to make every person in his life feel like they meant the most to him. His big smile and personality brought joy to everyone who knew him. His laughter was contagious, and his humor was sure to entertain a room. Ryan was quick to help a stranger, be it human or animal. He cared very deeply for the ones he loved. His kind and compassionate nature was seen most through his love of animals, and he especially loved his dog Bugsey. His favorite place on earth was the family cabin in South Fork, CO, where he was either known to be relaxing or catching thrills. Ryan loved the outdoors, and loved snowboarding and fishing at the cabin the most!

He was preceded in death by grandparents James and Reba Roberts, Aswell and Ruby Jones, and Aunt Glenda Stone.

Survivors include his father and step-mother Roger & Kathie Jones, his mother and step-father Alice & Chris McCollum, brother Eric Jones, uncle Vance Stone, aunts Peggy Bostick, Kathy Roberts, Step-brothers Duane Williams and family, Dave Williams and family, along with many cousins Jarrett Stone, Jason Stone, Jake Huffine, Levi Huffine, Hannah Hess, their families, and a host of extended family and friends.
