Kevin Anderson Obituary

Kevin Dale Anderson, 59, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021.

A celebration of his life will be held at 6 pm at his home on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 with Rev. Toni Bailey officiating.

Kevin was born July 26, 1962 in Borger to Vernon Anderson and Beverly Owens Anderson. He married Donna Senseman on June 18, 1983 in Hugoton, Kansas. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, riding motorcycles, guns, reloading his own ammo and tending to his yard. Kevin played guitar for a local band, Doobius. He prided himself in learning how things worked and fixing them whether it was working on vehicles or anything with an engine. Kevin rode with BACA for a few years. Nothing brought more joy to his life than his family, especially his grandkids, and drinking beer and listening to music with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Anderson.

Survivors include his wife, Donna of Sanford; father, Vernon Anderson of Hugoton, Kansas; son, James Anderson and wife Alexzandria of Lubbock; daughters, Jeanna Steinig and husband Peter of Lubbock, Jessica Van Winkle and husband Landyn of Amarillo; grandchildren, Aniaya, Rileigh, Jordan, Ella, Emmarie; brother, Ray Anderson and wife Mary of Borger; sister-in-law, Carol Gorman and husband Chuck of Lubbock; brothers-in-law, Gary Senseman and wife Erin of Fort Collins, Colorado, Greg Senseman of Fort Collins, Colorado; two nieces; and four nephews.
