I will miss looking up and seeing your face at the corner of the bar. Always a welcomed friendly smile and conversation....
I'm glad we got to be "neighbors".......it really won't feel the same on "the block" without you.

You were a friend, a brother, someone I looked up to, someone whom I respected, and a true, outstanding example of fearlessness, loyalty, and courage in a world full of impermanent people and things. Just by being yourself, you influenced me positively in more ways than you'll ever know. Your capacity to love was without limit, and your spirit was one which could never be subdued or overcome. I am so, so emphatically proud to have known you in this life, and it gives me the greatest satisfaction to know that whoever or whatever lies beyond this veil, you wouldn't change a single thing for them either.

To his family: you raised a fine son, a son to be truly proud of. He was of rare character, and he will be missed dearly by a great many. I wish you solace and peace of mind in your time of grief.
