Sending my sincere condolences on Al's passing and your great loss. I know somewhere he and I are still rooting for the Orioles to get a World Series back in Baltimore. Even though I'm a long-time Red Sox fan, went I went to U. Maryland my dorm rooted for "Balmer". Al was always bringing stories of his early days and of course, so proud of his loving family! I wrote down notes on my little exam cards, before EHR, but when I see my successor, Dr. Huang, I'll see if they are available and will reach out to Thelma, Diane and Dan. You are the best patients I could ever want and I know Al's memory will give you all comfort at this difficult time. Warmest personal condolences. Herb Shuer

I met Al around 1970 when we both started to work part time for the Boston Red Sox. Ww seemed to hit off. Personalities where very similar. Outfriendhip continue after Al left.I remember Al had a contract with the Baltimore Orioles to play 3rd base I believe. But a bad break when he hurt his shoulder & was unable to play. We remained good friends & swapped many baseball stories. Very upbeat person with a very nice personality. Thanks Al I have my memories.

Al & I first met around 1970 when we both starting working part time for the Boston Red Sox. Seemed like we hit it off. Similar personalities. We remained friends since then. We would talk baseball endlessly. Al got a bad break when he injured his shoulder. He had contract to play for the Orioles. Who knows what may have been. But was a very positive & very upbeat person. I have my memories of the two of us.

I worked with Al at Metropolitan Supply for many years. Always had a smile, a joke and quirky, funny sayings like "hey lefty". Everyone liked Al - he had many friends and good, loyal customers alike. Truly enjoyed life. Thoughts and prayers to family and friends.

Al was such a nice great-uncle with a lovely family. He was always very welcoming and kind. Though his kids were older than me, I remember seeing the family at get togethers; maybe mom´s summer cookouts in Plainville? My condolences to you all, you are in my thoughts.

Dear Mrs. Pellagrini, Linda, Richard, and Diane,

I am so very sorry for the loss of your husband and dad. Mr. Pellagrini was such a nice man. I have such fond memories of him and all of you while growing up together on Pond/Highland St. We were all a close knit neighborhood. I can remember your dad getting home from work or calling you away from our street hockey or whiffle ball games because the street lights were on. Please know I often think of you all with happy memories and hope you are all well. I know this is a very great loss for your family. He was one of a kind.
I wish I could be there on Wednesday but I am away on vacation. I have let the other Hyde Park gang know. Peace and God's blessing on all of you.

He's probably playing ball with my dad in heaven right not.
