Loving brother of Esther Shakun of NY and the late Maurice Tartakoff. Cherished uncle of Bob, Ray, and David Tartakoff. "Dad lived his whole life as the epitome of what a human being ought to be". Services at Temple B'nai Abraham, 200 East Lothrop St., Beverly,on Friday, March 1 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Sons of Abraham Cemetery, Cole St., Beverly. The Meal of Consolation will follow at the Danversport Yacht Club, 161 Elliott St., Danvers, and Shiva will continue at his late residence through Monday evening. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be donated to Temple B'nai Abraham or the Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
