Alice C. Rettig

Age 66, of Brockton, formerly of So. Boston, April 19, 2008. Beloved wife of Robert Rettig of Brockton. Loving mother of Jacqueline O'Brien and her husband Raj Patel of No. Easton, Thomas O'Brien of Brockton. Former wife of John O'Brien of So. Boston. Devoted and proud grandmother of Kayla, Kasey, Katie, and Timmy O'Brien all of Brockton. Loving sister of Maureen Canty and her husband Daniel of Essex JT, VT, Eileen Sheehan and her husband Robert of Abington, Margaret Ruggeri and her husband Edward of Kensington, NH, Sylvia O'Connell and her husband Michael of Whitman, Gerard Judge and his wife Karen of Gastonia, NC, and the late Catherine Maloney. Sister-in-law of John Maloney of Plymouth. Also survived by 19 nieces and nephews and 39 grandnieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, SO. WEYMOUTH, at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 Opp. So. Shore Hospital), Thurs. 4-8 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Brigid Church, 841 East Broadway, So. Boston, Friday at 10:00 A.M.
